The typical call lasts about 5 minutes.
There are a limited number of appointments available. If you get an appointment,
please fill out a convenient fact sheet on each child to whom Santa will speak.
Santa will also email a picture of him on the phone for you to display on your monitor during a phone call.
When it is time for your appointment, display the picture and the child can "see Santa speaking to him or her”.
Calls from Santa are free with a $100 purchase, $5 with the purchase of less than $100. Without the purchase they are $15.
